Quick Start
  1. Log in with your registered email/phone.
  2. Choose the property you want to stay at.
  3. Select Check-in and Check-out dates.
  4. Pick a Room or a specific Bed (for bed-wise booking).
  5. Enter guest details and confirm the booking.
  6. Complete payment (if applicable) and receive your confirmation.
How Booking Works
Room-wise Booking

Suitable for Holiday Homes and properties with a single bed per room.

  • One booking blocks the entire room for selected dates.
  • Price shown is for the whole room.
  • Ideal for families or groups wanting the full room.
Bed-wise Booking

Used in SATSA Bhaban where a room has multiple beds.

  • You can book 1 or more beds in the same room.
  • Each bed shows availability independently.
  • Price is calculated per bed per night.

Step-by-Step
  1. Search Availability: Pick your dates and click Search Available Rooms/Beds.
  2. Compare Options: Check capacity, amenities (AC/Non-AC), and price.
  3. Select: Click Book on a room or Add for one or more beds.
  4. Guest Details: Provide the required member/guest information.
  5. Review & Confirm: Verify dates, guests, and total amount.
  6. Payment: Proceed to pay securely (if payment is enabled for the property).
  7. Get Confirmation: You’ll see a success page and get a confirmation reference.
Manage Your Bookings
  • My Bookings: View upcoming and past bookings, download receipts (if available), and see status.
  • Change/Cancellation: If changes are allowed, follow the on-screen options or contact support with your Booking ID.
  • Check-in: Carry your booking confirmation and a valid ID proof as required by the property.

Try changing your dates or property. For bed-wise places, try reducing the number of beds or splitting across rooms if the system allows it.

Yes. Add each required bed to your selection. The system shows remaining beds in real time for your chosen dates.

After successful confirmation (and payment, if applicable), you’ll see a confirmation screen with a Booking ID. You can also view it in My Bookings.

Prices can vary by season, weekend/weekday, and room/bed type—selecting dates lets us show accurate totals for your stay.

Check My Bookings after a minute and refresh. If still missing, contact support with your payment reference and time.
